Signal 30 is a film from 1959 showing the consequences of stupid driving mistakes in graphic detail. It was an attempt to apply the "scared straight" method of avoiding juvenile delinquency to new driver safety.
It's a double FAIL: one for the drivers, and another for the people who made the film, because all they did was empty kids' stomachs in drivers' ed classes while the carnage on the roads continued.
