Oh, where to begin? Perhaps it's failure enough to be transporting livestock by moped (it's got a motor, so it qualifies for AutoFAIL), but then the positioning...well I could go on, but as they say a picture's worth 1,000 words, so I'll let the picture describe the rest:

It looks like a Toyota Corolla rolled over onto a Toyota Sienna...normally Toyota owners are intelligent folks (evidenced by the fact that they drive Toyotas), but I suppose there are always exceptions.
It's certainly a FAIL for whoever decided a Camry would make a great 4x4, but it's an epic win for the Camry and the people who proved they could turn a bland family sedan into an off-roader.
I believe that's an Aston Martin that got dropped, which is a very expensive FAIL. Not quite an epic fail, since it's still only one replaceable car. I'll bet the delivery driver was replaceable, too...
