A Honda Accord SSEi Supercharged? No, it's a SuperFAILed attempt at making a 12-year old rusted Honda look cool. Especially when they leave the LX badge on it, too.

Signal 30
Signal 30 is a film from 1959 showing the consequences of stupid driving mistakes in graphic detail. It was an attempt to apply the "scared straight" method of avoiding juvenile delinquency to new driver safety.
It's a double FAIL: one for the drivers, and another for the people who made the film, because all they did was empty kids' stomachs in drivers' ed classes while the carnage on the roads continued.

Bumper Replacement FAIL
This is a early-2000's Mitsubishi Diamante, with a rather elaborate wooden bumper. Painted to match the car color, with lights mounted on separate boards that bring the level of the replacements up to where the originals were.
Seriously, at this point a replacement bumper would have probably been cheaper and easier to install. That is why this epic car kludge is a FAIL.

Homemade Aero Coupe EPIC FAIL
They spent a lot of time and wood to screw up a perfectly crappy old car. I like the curved wood over the top, as though adding tree branches would add make a multicolor busted Dodge with a wood hatchback would somehow make the car look good.

Parking FAIL
I know parking is bad at the mall, but I think they might have trouble getting out of this spot when they're done shopping...

Okay, really, what happened here is this is likely a dealership car parked as an advertisement in a second floor mall concourse. You know the cars, right? Well, some dumbass either forgot to set the parking brake, or some dumbass left it unlocked and a kid unset the parking brake. In any case, a dumbass was involved, and the car rolled off the upper deck. By the gold wheels, I would have guesses it's a new Subaru Impreza STi, but it doesn't look like all wheel drive from the bottom.
